Member Review of new Strategic Plan for the Mazamas

This is the first of many opportunities to comment on the current update to the Mazamas Strategic Plan! The first step in this process is to review the newly rewritten core values, mission statement, and vision (link to current strategic plan doc of website) drafted by the Strategic Plan Task Force (SPTF).

Please submit your written comments, questions, and suggestions no later than August 20, 2010. Comments can be submitted either online (include link here), in person at the mountaineering center, or sent to the office c/o SPTF. When submitting comments, please include the year you became a Mazama and your age.

Based on the feedback received, the SPTF will submit the revised core values, mission statement, and vision to the Executive Council for adoption in the development of a revised strategic plan. We appreciate your insights and feedback on the core values, mission and vision of the Mazamas and look forward to keeping you apprised of our progress.
