Unlock the esoteric secrets of aid climbing with this series of YouTube videos, created by wall expert Chris McNamara. Chris has climbed El Capitan over 50 times and holds five big wall speed climbing records. He’s one of the most accomplished wall climbers in the world, and started the popular guidebook series and web forum site Supertopo. As part of his new big wall climbing book, he’s posted these excellent instructional videos on YouTube. This is an good overview of aid climbing for the beginner and a nice refresher for more experienced folks.
