If you’re just starting out on your climbing path or are looking to add some tools to the toolbox, we have the classes you need to take your climbing to the next level.

We offer three levels of climbing and mountaineering instruction.

The Basic Climbing Education Program (BCEP) is designed for those with minimal outdoor experience.  The Intermediate Climbing School (ICS) picks up where BCEP leaves off, with more intensive coverage of rock climbing, glacier travel, and crevasse rescue.  Our two advanced classes are Advanced Rock, emphasizing gear placement (trad) climbing, and Advanced Snow and Ice Climbing, covering high angle snow and ice ascent techniques.

If you are on a tighter time frame, we have our Skill Builder classes, as well as Rock Review and the Summer Rock Program.

In addition to these climbing classes, we have instruction in First Aid, Ski Mountaineering, and Nordic Skiing.
