Reinstating Your Membership

If you were a Mazama member in the past, we would love to have you back! It’s easy, just use the form below.

If your membership has been lapsed for more than 15 years, please also include:

• date of birth
• peak climbed and approx. year climbed
• year in which you first joined (if you can remember!)

If you like, you can use the standard Membership Application form. Just let us know that you are reinstating an expired membership, rather than joining for the first time.
