Climb Leader Development Checklist

Below is a checklist to record the activities you complete as a participant in the Climbing Committee Leadership Development Program.  Please keep this checklist until you have completed all of the requirements, then send it to the Climbing Committee for evaluation.  The Committee will then evaluate the participant for provisional climb leader status.

The Committee may approve substitutions for any of the listed requirements, and/or may require further training or experience before granting provisional leader status.  Each participant will be critiqued by a total of 6 different leaders for their 3 climb leadership development assists and 3 provisional climb leads.
