Nordic Application

Applications are due by December 7, 2009.

This is a secure online form. If you are not comfortable using an online form, you may download a paper application form and mail or deliver it to the Mazama office with a check or money order.

The mandatory Student Orientation will be held at the Mazama Mountaineering Center at 7 pm on Thursday December 17, 2009.

Application Conditions:

Fees are non-refundable if you cancel after December 30, 2009 unless: (1) you are on the waiting list; (2) you are replaced by someone on the waiting list; or (3) you experience an “exceptional circumstance.” Submit a letter to the Nordic Committee to request a refund.

Weather, snow conditions or instructor availability may cause some classes to be canceled or postponed until later weekends in February or March. Students should allow for possible postponements in planning their schedules. No refunds will normally be made for missed, postponed or canceled classes.
